Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes about 7–15 business days after that, depending on your location and the time of year. Peak seasons (like the holidays) can add a few days.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8 and Express is $15. Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more.

Do pee pads ship free?
No. Our washable and disposable pee pads ship at a separate weight-based rate (starting at $8, calculated at checkout) and are not included in free shipping, even when your order is over $70.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–4 days to start updating, so don't worry if it looks quiet at first.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.

Why might my order come in separate packages?
If you order more than one item, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive separately.

Returns & Refunds

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to send it back.

Can I return an item I don't want?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or wrong. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of items that have been used with food.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Product Safety

What are the toys made of?
Our feeders and tumblers are made of hard plastic (ABS/PP type materials), and our lick mats are made of flexible silicone. See each product page for details.

Are they safe for my dog?
They're designed for supervised play and feeding. Choose the right size for your pet, always supervise, and remove any toy that gets cracked, chewed or damaged. They aren't chew toys and aren't meant for heavy chewers to be left alone with.

Do they work for cats?
The lick mat and treat tumbler work great for cats too. The duck feeder is designed for dogs.

Cleaning

How do I clean them?
Rinse after each use with warm, soapy water and let air-dry. Feeders and tumblers come apart for easier cleaning. A small bottle brush helps reach corners.

Are they dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing to keep them looking new. Lick mats can usually go on the top rack; check the product page.

Can I freeze the lick mat?
Yes! Spread on wet food, yogurt or pet-safe peanut butter (no xylitol) and freeze for a longer-lasting treat.
