Shipping
Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time: Orders are processed in 1–3 business days.
Delivery time: Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after your order ships, depending on your location and the time of year. Peak seasons, like the holidays, can add a few days.
Tracking: We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–4 days to start updating.
Shipping rates
- Standard: $8
- Express: $15
- Free Standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
Pee pads: Our washable and disposable pee pads ship at a separate weight-based rate (starting at $8, calculated at checkout). Pee pads are not included in free shipping, even when your order is over $70.
Multiple packages
If you order more than one item, your order may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days, contact us and we'll reship or refund your order.
