Welcome to Pinermen. This website, pinermen.com, is operated by Pinermen, a small independent online pet shop based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Pinermen. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority in your state to place an order. You agree not to use our products or site for any illegal purpose, and not to interfere with the site's security or operation.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colors can look different on different screens, and sizes are approximate. Our toys and accessories are designed for supervised use. Always choose the right size for your pet, supervise play, and remove any item that becomes damaged.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices, products and promotions can change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product was listed at an incorrect price or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Discount codes

Discount codes have their own terms (for example, one use per customer) and can't be combined unless stated. We may end a promotion at any time.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

6. Third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify, and orders are fulfilled through partner warehouses and carriers. We aren't responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

The text, photos, logos and design of this site belong to Pinermen or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Pinermen is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
